Stampings

At Velleuer, precision die-cut parts are produced in progressive dies on modern punching machines with a 180 to 600 kN punching force and on tables up to 1000 mm long. Progressive dies are designed and produced in our own modern toolmaking shop. Process-integrated monitoring ensures the quality of production.

The scope of our stampings range from bulk goods to products strapped on spools – optionally washed inline or with partial electroplating, in order to maximise the potential for greater efficiency. This also includes ready-made parts with internal threads and assembled components, and the machining of profile strips.
