Toolmaking

We develop and build series-production tools in our in-house toolmaking shop, which we produce together with devices for special cases.

Specially adapting all series-production tools in line with our production machines even in the design phase, ensures lasting compliance with all customer requirements. Simulations and fine adjustments done in the design phase provide the basis for safe processes and short set-up times.

Series-production tools are produced on modern precision machine tools. These are subject to strict monitoring cycles to ensure the quality of our production tools.

During the multi-stage implementation phase, project dates and quality are tracked and ensured by constant project control.
