In order to ensure the quality demanded by the customer and a competitive price/performance ratio, Velleuer relies on a high degree of automation. This applies to all manufacturing and assembly processes.

In the case of products with extremely high quality requirements and low manufacturing tolerances; quality assurance is provided by automated testing and camera systems integrated in the production process, as well as by integrated process sensors.

Velleuer boasts many years of experience especially when it comes to assembling components (springs with other components), and prefers in-line assembly in the production cycle.
